Dans ses motsI am a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus) located in the scenic British Columbia. My previous studies focused on healthcare through a sociological lens aiming to understand how our access to healthcare shifts depending upon our social determinants.
I first came to naturopathic medicine as a patient. Through this medicine, I learned that my body already knew the way to health but I had an active role in my journey; I had to provide it with the necessary tools to thrive. Not only did naturopathic medicine teach me how to trust my body but also how to befriend it. I am privileged and honoured to practice in a career that allows others to do the same.
My care is comprehensive; blending evidence-based medicine with a holistic perspective. My toolkit includes dietary and lifestyle supports, laboratory assessment, functional testing as needed, specific nutraceutical support if required, acupuncture and craniosacral therapy. My goal is to deliver sustainable and effective healthcare with clarity and kindness.
As a student of the human body for life, I am currently further expanding my knowledge on perinatal care, nervous system regulation and functional-gut brain disorders. When I am not in office, you can find me basking in nature with my kiddo, playing with my pets, reading a good book or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen.

« Initial appointments are required for all treatments. During this visit, a comprehensive health assessment is completed while going over primary concerns and health goals. Treatment options will be provided. Please fill out intake/consent forms 24 hours prior to the visit. Note that you should anticipate further appointments in the future; the timing, frequency and use of these appointments will be decided upon at your first appointment.
This appointment is up to 90 minutes and this includes the time spent reviewing your intake prior, reviewing and uploading blood work and records from your chart and creating future plans for your healthcare. »3 optionsPediatric Appointment - up toNew patient
« Pediatric appointments are intended for people under 12 year of age. Initial appointments are required for all treatments. During this visit, a comprehensive health assessment is completed while going over primary concerns and health goals. Treatment options will be provided. Note that this appointment is up to 60 minutes and this includes the time spent reviewing your intake prior, reviewing and uploading blood work and records from your chart and creating future plans for your healthcare. **Fee is being equalized to reflect my hourly rate and will be $200 effective July 1, 2026.
