To continue your care with a follow up appointment or to schedule an initial naturopathic appointment (if you're a new patient), please schedule in with Dr. Kate.

Alignment Call
« This complimentary alignment phone call provides prospective patients with information about how Dr. Candace may be able to help you with your health concerns, provides an opportunity to answer questions you may have about working with Dr. Candace and ensures a good fit in working together. »Empowered PAP
« This appointment type is for current patients.
During the appointment, we may briefly discuss your pelvic health, then complete the PAP test, including a vaginal pH measurement. You will have the opportunity to see your own cervix and take a picture, if desired. You will be called no matter what the result and will be provided with a copy of your results. The best time to schedule a PAP test is at least 5 days after the end of your period.

« A follow up appointment to address current health concerns, check in with your health goals, answer any questions, ensure your progress and improvement and continue your plan of care, using Holistic Pelvic Care. We may continue with basic external work and if/when you are comfortable, we may proceed to internal work to reassess the pelvic musculature and treat any areas of concern with gentle massage techniques as well as guided visualizations and breathwork.

We will review Holistic Pelvic Care and how it may benefit you as well as any questions or concerns you may have. We will review pelvic anatomy using an anatomical model. We may begin with basic external work and if/when you are comfortable, we may proceed to internal work to assess the pelvic musculature and treat any areas of concern with gentle massage techniques as well as guided visualizations and breathwork.

The Woman’s Wellness Visit provides insight about your health through a head-to-toe physical exam in a warm and caring environment so you can voice your concerns and ask questions. You deserve to feel in control of your health, feel confident knowing about the status of your health and know where you can make tweaks before something becomes a bigger issue.
A PAP test can be included if needed (please indicate in the appointment notes if you would like a PAP during your appointment). The best time to schedule a PAP test is at least 5 days after the end of your period.
Notes: Only simple nutrition or lifestyle recommendations may be discussed. To address health concern/s, please book a Naturopathic Initial Assessment (Adult) or Naturopathic Treatment Follow Up appointment, where assessment and treatment can be provided.
