She believes that how you feel during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum can set the stage for lifelong health and vibrancy. She also gets nerdy about hormone health - she loves using her clinical expertise and laboratory testing to help people regain balance within their hormone levels.
She loves spending time with her family and is an avid mountain adventurer with hiking, climbing and skiing
