In their own words
I help people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.
I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences and hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. I am also certified in acupuncture, allowing me to provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care.
I take a patient-centered approach, working collaboratively with each patient to identify the root causes of pain and develop clear, individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals. My style of care is both hands-on and exercise-focused, with an emphasis on long-term results and self-management.
Treatment may include a combination of manual therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, exercise-based rehabilitation, and patient education. I am certified in FAKTR, which I use to assess and treat soft tissue restrictions while restoring efficient movement patterns, and RockTape, which I incorporate to support movement, reduce pain, and improve function during both rehabilitation and daily activities.
Acupuncture is an important part of my practice and is used to help reduce pain and regulate the nervous system. When appropriate, I also incorporate electrical stimulation (acu-stim) to enhance treatment outcomes and support recovery.
Outside of practice, I enjoy fencing, volleyball, staying active, and spending time with my wife, friends, and family.
