Dans ses motsFan Yang is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner in British
Columbia, Canada. He holds a master’s degree in Orthopedics and Traumatology from
Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Fan worked as a physician at
Shuguang Hospital for three years and trained under Zhao, Yongfang, the fifth-generation
inheritor of the Shanghai Haipai Shi-style Orthopedics.
Fan specializes in utilizing TCM techniques such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, Tuina
massage, Gua Sha, and cupping therapy to treat neck, shoulder, back, and leg pain, as
well as various internal medical conditions.
Fan practices the Shi-style Orthopedics approach, which emphasizes a holistic
perspective. This methodology focuses on the balance of Qi and blood, the integration of
internal and external treatments, and the principle of analyzing Yin and Yang, and addressing concurrent pathologies.
It underscores the importance of Qi and blood regulation, addressing phlegm and dampness, and
