You’ll also have the chance to ask questions about the process, what to expect from an initial visit, and how treatment plans are typically structured. We begin with a detailed conversation about your main health concerns, when they started, what makes them better or worse, and how they impact your daily life. We’ll explore your full health history, including digestion, hormones, stress levels, sleep, energy, mood, immune function, and any past diagnoses or medications. Family history is also reviewed to identify patterns and predispositions.
Beyond physical health, we look at lifestyle foundations: nutrition, relationship with food, movement, work-life balance, emotional wellbeing, and stress resilience. This helps uncover root causes and contributing factors rather than simply managing symptoms.
If appropriate, we may discuss functional or conventional lab testing to gather more information.
