With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Garima brings extensive expertise in understanding how early relationships shape emotional well-being, identity, and interpersonal patterns. Her doctoral research examined the role of emotional intelligence, attachment styles, and parenting experiences in the development of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), informing her work with attachment injuries, emotional regulation, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
Garima integrates evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), attachment-based interventions, mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients move beyond symptom management and create meaningful, lasting change.
She supports clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, ADHD, substance use and recovery concerns, self-esteem challenges, women's mental health concerns, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and relationship difficulties, with particular expertise in cases where these issues are interconnected.
Her approach is collaborative, authentic, and deeply empathetic—helping clients strengthen their connection with themselves and others while building a life that feels aligned with their values and authentic self.
