Dans ses motsDr. Marlin is a chiropractor with over 25 years of clinical experience helping people move better, recover from injury, and live active, pain-free lives. After graduating from Palmer West Chiropractic College in 1998, he spent 25 years practicing in Calgary with a strong focus on motor vehicle accident rehabilitation before relocating his practice to Victoria.
He provides an evidence-based, patient-focused approach — combining chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release therapy, corrective exercise, and shockwave therapy to deliver lasting results.
Shockwave Therapy for Chronic Pain
Shockwave therapy is a targeted treatment designed to stimulate healing in stubborn soft tissue conditions. Dr. Marlin uses Shockwave Therapy to help patients with:
* Plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon pain
* Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow
* Rotator cuff irritation and shoulder impingement
* Patellar tendon and knee overuse injuries
* IT band and gluteal tendinopathy
* Chronic muscle tension and trigger points
Shockwave is ideal for patients who haven’t achieved full relief with traditional care and want to return to activity with better function and mobility.
Golf Biomechanics & Performance
With a special interest in Golf Biomechanics, Dr. Marlin helps golfers improve movement efficiency, prevent injury, and enhance overall performance through mobility assessment, movement correction, and functional treatment strategies.
Outside the clinic, he and his wife enjoy the active lifestyle Vancouver Island offers — cycling, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time on the golf course.
