Harpal achieved his degree in Ayurveda from a prestigious University in India in 1994, and practised Ayurveda for about 15 years before moving to Canada. He has a passion for assessing his clients based on their Ayurvedic constitutional humors (Vata,Pitta & Kapha) including pulse diagnosis, and advises herbs, diet, and lifestyle regimens based on ancient but proven Vedic values. He believes that various modes of therapy work in conjunction with one another to lead one to a healthier and a better quality of life; Imbalances and potential disease states can be detected in their early stage, giving one the opportunity to correct them before they affect the quality of life. He likes to assess his clients in an exhaustive manner and customizes a personalized regimen for them to reclaim healthier life.
