About Isabel
Dr. Isabel Tuason is a Doctor of Chiropractic and graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Class of 2026). Following the completion of her 6 month internship at Bruce Village Chiropractic under the mentorship of Dr. Burns, she is excited to continue serving the Bruce County community and is eager to welcome new patients as Dr. Isabel!
Throughout her internship, Dr. Isabel had the privilege of working with a diverse patient population, including individuals managing chronic pain, sports enthusiasts recovering from injuries, busy parents balancing multiple responsibilities, office workers experiencing postural strain, and older adults striving to maintain mobility and independence. These experiences reinforced her belief that healthcare should be individualized, realistic, and tailored to each person's unique lifestyle and goals.
During her time in Bruce County, Dr. Isabel fell in love with small-town living and the strong sense of community it fosters. She deeply values the meaningful relationships that develop when healthcare feels personal and familiar. She is passionate about helping bridge gaps in access to care often experienced in smaller communities and believes that being a healthcare provider means showing up consistently, building trust, and creating an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
In the clinic, Dr. Isabel focuses on helping patients move with greater comfort and confidence through individualized chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and practical movement strategies that seamlessly fit into everyday life. She also provides guidance on posture, ergonomics, nutrition, and fitness, empowering patients to take an active role in their health and wellbeing. Known for her warm hands and even warmer heart, Dr. Isabel places a strong emphasis on clear communication, taking the time to explain what is happening in the body and why certain treatment approaches are recommended. Her goal is not only to help patients manage pain, but also to support long-term health, resilience, and improved quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Isabel is friendly, outgoing, and always eager to try something new. She enjoys dancing, singing, reading, playing sports, and spending quality time with family and friends, whether that means board games, video games, or a movie night with good food. A former competitive swimmer, lifeguard, and swim instructor, she still loves being in the water and spending warm summer days at the beach, ideally with a picnic, ice cream, good music, and an iced coffee in hand.
Dr. Isabel looks forward to meeting new patients and becoming a trusted part of the Bruce County community, helping individuals and families move, feel, and live their best lives
