Education: The University of Manitoba (Adv, B.A. Psychology, 1998), Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, Minnesota (Doctor of Chiropractic, 2002). Practice: I have been a doctor of chiropractic in Victoria now for 24 years focusing on family wellness, athletics and spinal rehabilitation. I use a variety of spinal adjusting techniques, supported with various muscle work and stretching, as not all spines are created equal and treatments are customized to each patient's unique needs. My practice goal is to help people relieve their pain, and create positive change in their spine's function and performance to meet, and even exceed the demands of their daily lives. Like an individual would train for a sport in order to be successful and avoid injury, the same goes for the demands of daily life and your spine. Learn, adapt, and succeed. I also have a particular interest in treating and helping those who suffer from migraine headaches, since I also suffer from migraine headaches. Migraine is not just a headache, but a complex neurological disorder that affects billions world-wide. The good news is, that are many effective treatment options for migraine, and evidence suggests that chiropractic care can help improve migraine headaches.
