About Jenna
Dr. Jenna Press is passionate about identifying the root cause of an individual’s pain and providing solutions to help achieve optimal movement and function. Whether returning to sport, work or daily activities, her goal is to help patients get back to what they love.
Dr. Jenna completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with honours at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rugby team. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON. She then began her career in downtown Toronto, working in multidisciplinary clinics and gaining extensive experience treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
With a background in high-level athletics, both personally and professionally, Dr. Jenna has extensive experience in sport injury management and prevention. She has worked with high-level and youth sport organizations, including Ontario Soccer and the Greater Toronto Hockey League, as well as hospital-based rehabilitation programs in post-surgical, cardiorespiratory, stroke, and pediatric care.
Dr. Jenna uses an evidence-based approach to care, integrating various treatment methods including education, soft tissue therapy, manipulation/mobilization, integrated acupuncture/dry needling, movement assessment, active rehabilitation, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Her treatment plans are developed collaboratively with each patient, tailored to their individual goals and lifestyle.
Having grown up playing a variety of sports, Dr. Jenna has always lived an active lifestyle. Outside the clinic, you can find her hiking, skiing, at the gym or spending time with family and friends.
