Dr. Jenna Scott’s mission is to empower you in your health journey through guidance and education. She believes that those who have their health can fully engage and be present in their lives. Dr. Jenna believes that every individual deserves to experience the power of naturopathic medicine. At its core, naturopathic medicine provides the opportunity for individuals to deeply connect with themselves and their bodies and from this connection, wellness can flourish.
Dr. Jenna aims to create a therapeutic space in which you are heard and seen. She promises to work as your guide to help you thrive in health and beyond.
Dr. Jenna has a general medical practice, with a special clinical interest in burnout treatment and prevention, hormone health (fertility, PCOS, PMS, peri-menopause/menopause, thyroid) and mental health (mood disorders including anxiety and depression).
Dr. Jenna is registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC), and is a member of British Columbia Naturopathic Doctors (BCND) and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
Dr. Jenna received her Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Northern British Columbia and her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (now CCNM-Boucher). She grew up in a small town on the Sunshine Coast, where her values of community and connection to nature were cultivated. When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Jenna can be found exploring nature with her dog and creating delicious food in the kitchen.

Blood Draw / Lab work
« At DCIM we conduct all sorts of diagnostic testing. The government does not currently cover these services thus fees apply. Diagnostic fees vary depending upon the bloodwork / lab work conducted. Please call the clinic ahead of time to receive pricing information and to determine whether your particular lab work requires fasting. Please drink ample water the day or two before your visit to ensure your blood draw is as comfortable as possible. We do not charge a visit fee for lab work conducted. »

« The second visit is typically scheduled one week after your first. This visit takes place 'in-house'.
During this visit, Dr. Jenna Scott will review your diet diary, any supplements you are taking as well as go over any lab work you may have. They will conduct a focussed physical exam if necessary for pertinent concerns, as well as any outstanding lab work, including PAP testing, should it be needed.
Dr. Scott will then formulate a customized treatment plan to address your health concerns, steering you towards your goals. Like any journey, it all begins with a single step! »
