Dr. Wall completed her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. She then continued her health education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She completed both degrees with Magna Cum Laude distinction. Additionally, Dr. Wall obtained a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University while completing her chiropractic degree. She also has special certifications in instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, mental health first aid and post partum rehabilitation.
Dr. Wall uses a patient-centered approach and a variety of different techniques including diversified, drop-piece and Activator adjusting, muscle release technique, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, and individualized rehabilitation exercises. She also offers acupuncture and electro-acupuncture.
Dr. Wall uses a combination of techniques to provide evidence-based, individualized and compassionate care. She is passionate about helping people reach their goals, however big or small.
When I’m not in the clinic you’ll find me spending time with my goofy dog, Nugget or out for a run exploring Muskoka. Running is my favourite way to get moving and see new places.

Custom Foot Orthotic Assessment/CastingNew patient
« Before your orthotic is prescribed a biomechanical examination and gait analysis will be performed. The orthotic is then casted by your chiropractor in foam and sent to a custom foot orthotic laboratory which produces and returns the orthotic. This process may take 2-4 weeks. Once the orthotic is in, we will schedule an appointment to ensure the device fits and functions properly. A $100.00 deposit is due at the time of this assessment. The remainder of the fee is due when the orthotic is dispensed to you. The total cost of the orthotic is $375.00. »Extended Chiropractic Treatment

Chiropractic Treatment with Post Partum Rehabilitation
« This appointment is for patients who have had an initial assessment and wish to have one-on-one postpartum exercises with Dr. Karissa, plus a regular chiropractic appointment. »Group Postpartum Chiropractic Rehabilitation Session
« Our GROWCO Postpartum Rehab Program is a 8 session small group program lead by Chiropractor Dr. Karissa Wall. Classes are one hour in length.
Our methodology is aimed at preventing, reducing, and/or resolving symptoms women have been made to think are an inevitable consequence of childbirth. Rehabilitation is targeted to restore your total body, including core and pelvic floor muscles after delivering your baby. The classes include breathwork, stretching and strengthening the core and pelvic floor while focusing on supporting Moms' body and mind.
This course is applicable to any Mom, whether you delivered 6 weeks ago or 16 years ago. If you are a new Mom your body has recently undergone tremendous changes and stress, regardless if your delivery was vaginal or c-section. If you had your child(ren) some years ago, you may still be in need of restoring your core and pelvic. Indicators include recurrent lower back pain, inability to control your bladder or persistent separation of your abdominal muscles.

This service is covered under most extended health benefit plans. « Virtual postpartum rehab is for anyone postpartum, weather it’s 6 weeks or 6 years after giving birth. Virtual postpartum rehab gives you the opportunity to work on building up core strength, pelvic floor strength, and preventing or addressing issues like low back pain, hip pain, pelvic pain, and incontinence. This service is covered under most extended health benefit plans. An initial assessment with Dr. Wall is required before starting postpartum rehab, to tailor it to your individual needs.
