Dans ses motsI grew up an avid athlete, playing on the University of Saskatchewan Huskie’s football team for five years! From my own experience with injuries, I understand how debilitating and helpless you can feel after an injury. Through my passion for movement, exercise, and activity, I have made it my mission to help others in my community get out of pain, achieve their goals, perform at their best, and enjoy life!
In my spare time, I enjoy being active by working out, going for walks, and playing recreational sports! First thing in the morning you can usually find me with a cup of coffee in one hand, and a book in the other.
