À propos de Lauren
Dans ses motsDr. Lauren Holmes was born and raised in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia. As a former competitive gymnast and figure skater, she is no stranger to athletic injuries which lead her to complete a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Acadia University where she gained experience working with both the women’s varsity cross country and basketball teams. She then obtained her chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated with summa cum laude.
Dr. Holmes believes in individualized, and evidence-based care and integrates a combination of techniques including chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and exercise. She also has a special interest in perinatal and paediatric care and has completed her Webster Technique certification. She has also taken additional courses in instrument assisted soft tissue and is a contemporary medical acupuncture provider.
Dr. Holmes has a passion for educating and inspiring her clients to help them achieve their optimal health!
