Dans ses motsMeet Dr. Lauren MacIntosh, our passionate and dedicated Naturopathic Doctor, who believes in the power of personalized, integrative healthcare. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Acadia University in 2012, Dr. MacIntosh went on to graduate with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2016.
With a strong belief in evidence-based therapies, Dr. MacIntosh’s practice is rooted in an individualized approach to healing. She views Naturopathic Medicine as more than just symptom management—it’s about uncovering the deeper, systemic reasons behind health concerns. Whether it’s hormonal imbalances, fertility issues, digestive issues, stress-related burnout, or overall wellness, she is committed to guiding each patient toward lasting wellness, using a combination of her expertise and a compassionate approach. Dr. Lauren MacIntosh runs a general family practice, accepting patients of all ages (pediatric +)
Dr. MacIntosh has additional training in Neural Prolotherapy, Ozone Therapy, and Intravenous Nutrient Therapy, allowing her to offer cutting-edge treatments in adjunction to her practice.
Outside the clinic, Dr. MacIntosh loves to stay active with running, hiking, travelling and enjoying time with her family and beautiful daughter. She’s also a fan of exploring local farmers markets, home stores, and of course, grabbing a latte along the way.
Dr. MacIntosh is a proud member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta, and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
