I believe that true healing begins in a space where you feel safe. Many of my patients comment on how their minds and bodies relax as soon as they lie on my table. When you feel seen, heard, and supported, this creates the right environment to relax and receive the full benefit of your treatment. Within this environment of safety and connection, acupuncture works its magic, helping to calm the nervous system and unwind patterns of stress, tension, pain, and anxiety.
As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I’ve been offering heart-centered care since 2011. I help people navigate a wide range of concerns, including chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, sleep issues, hormonal imbalances, menopause, and other health challenges. One of the things I love most about acupuncture is that while it can be incredibly effective for physical symptoms, it also has the capacity to create beautiful shifts on emotional, mental, and even spiritual levels.
Many of the people who find their way to my practice are moving through a period of profound change. You may be carrying grief or emotional pain, feeling stuck, disconnected, or sensing that an old way of being is no longer working. My role is not only to help address physical symptoms, but also to support you in reconnecting with hope, resilience, your own wisdom, and a clearer path forward.
Throughout my years in clinical practice, I've experienced the joy of witnessing people reconnect with themselves and life in ways they never thought possible.
In addition to acupuncture, I have completed formal training as a Flower Essence Practitioner and will soon be officially offering sessions that integrate acupuncture, flower essences, and other supportive practices for those seeking even deeper healing and transformation.
I strive to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, compassionate, and free from judgment.
My practice is located in North Central Calgary, serving patients from northwest Calgary, northeast Calgary, and surrounding communities.

Acupuncture VisitFollow-up
« Healing unfolds one treatment at a time.
Each follow-up session begins with a brief check-in before moving into your acupuncture treatment. We focus on your current needs while also helping to calm your nervous system, allowing your body to shift into a state of rest, repair, and healing.
For many patients, these sessions become a space to fully tune in and listen to what their body and emotions are trying to tell them. When we create space to listen, we often discover what our body has been asking for all along.
My hope is that you leave feeling refreshed, supported, and with a little more ease in both your body and your life.

« Whether you're seeking relief from stress, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, headaches, back pain, neck pain, or perimenopause-related concerns, your first visit is an opportunity for us to explore what's been happening in your life and health and begin creating a path forward together.
We'll spend time discussing your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and any factors that may be contributing to your concerns. Traditional Chinese Medicine views the body as an interconnected whole, so our conversation may extend beyond the symptoms that brought you in and explore areas such as sleep, digestion, energy, emotions, and overall wellbeing.
Following your assessment, you'll settle in and receive your acupuncture treatment. You'll be tucked in under cozy blankets and made comfortable throughout the treatment, and you just may find yourself snoozing through part of the session.
Whatever brings you in, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
