Dans ses motsDr. Merinov ND is passionate about helping patients get in-tune with their body, mind, and health by closely listening to their needs, exploring ways to nourish their health, and being with them every step of the way. She uses many naturopathic tools which combine both evidence-based medicine and ancient natural therapies. Her goal is to help her patients get into the best physical and mental shape of their life.
Dr. Merinov ND, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. During her undergraduate studies, naturopathic medicine piqued her interest. With a strong background in personal training and many years of experience leading fitness bootcamps, she believes in the notion that “Exercise is Medicine” and that with the right tools, “Food is Medicine” and that movement and nutrition should be a huge part of our health, as it can positively influence our wellbeing.
Dr. Merinov ND, obtained her Doctorate degree in Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. This provided her with an understanding on how the body and mind are one interconnected system, and how many naturopathic modalities can activate the body’s natural ability to heal. Her interests include gut health, fertility, hormone health, prenatal health, children’s health, and sport medicine.
She is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is certified for Therapeutic Prescribing . She is a member of both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors & the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
