He takes the time to understand how your symptoms affect your work, exercise and everyday life before developing a plan around your individual needs and goals.
Depending on what is appropriate, care may include manual chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release therapy, Graston Technique, shockwave therapy, biomechanical and posture assessment, movement retraining and rehabilitation exercises. Dr. Matt uses these treatments selectively rather than following the same protocol with every patient.
Patients can expect clear explanations, practical recommendations and a collaborative approach. Dr. Matt’s goal is to help you understand what may be contributing to the problem, make meaningful progress and learn what you can do outside the clinic to support your results.
His interest in fitness, nutrition and healthy living allows him to blend hands-on chiropractic care with practical advice about movement, strength, recovery and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Matt enjoys hockey, golf, strength training and spending time with his wife and children.
