I believe in a collaborative approach to care—when you feel supported and empowered, you can take charge of your health, well-being, and overall quality of life.
My treatment plans are never one-size-fits-all. I offer strategies tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on discovering and addressing the root causes of your concerns. The foundation of my care includes realistic & practical diet and lifestyle changes, with support from herbs, supplements, and acupuncture when appropriate.
My path to naturopathic medicine began with my own digestive issues as a teenager. I experienced daily bloating and pain, which started to affect every part of my life. After months of waiting to see a specialist, I was diagnosed with IBS, told to manage my stress, and sent on my way. I felt dismissed—and that experience sparked my drive to change this story for myself and for others.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University and earned my Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During my clinical residency, I was selected for the Fibromyalgia & Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) focus shift, where I gained experience in managing complex chronic conditions.
I have a strong clinical focus on digestive health especially IBS, constipation, and heartburn.
I also support patients with stress & insomnia, women at all stages of life (fertility, PCOS, PMS, perimenopause, menopause), and chronic conditions (autoimmunity, chronic pain, fibromyalgia).
