Her treatments focus on the whole person and are tailored to your lifestyle and goals, combining chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and practical exercises for lasting results. She has a special interest in family care, supporting growing kids and busy parents.
Originally from Georgian Bay, she holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active, training for Hyrox, and spending time outdoors with her golden retriever, Bandit.
