Dans ses motsDr. Michelle Camastra graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June of 2016, fulfilling a lifelong passion for preventative and family-centered healthcare. Since beginning practice, she has developed a strong clinical focus in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic care, with a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, labour preparation, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding challenges, and infant development.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Dr. Camastra has pursued extensive additional training and certifications in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Webster Technique, Pre & Post Natal Health & Rehabilitation, Advanced Paediatric Techniques, breastfeeding support, and labour preparation. She continues to expand her expertise through continuing education focused on maternal wellness, infant feeding, movement and motor development, and optimizing postpartum recovery for both mother and baby. Her goal is to provide evidence-informed, compassionate care that empowers mothers and families to feel supported and confident throughout every stage of pregnancy and early parenthood.
In practice, Dr. Camastra integrates chiropractic manipulation, myofascial release, rehabilitation, acupuncture, and patient education to help optimize function, mobility, and overall wellness for mothers, babies, and growing families. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where families feel heard, educated, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and early childhood development.
Outside of practice, Dr. Camastra enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. As both a practitioner and a mother, she understands firsthand the joys and challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and raising a family, which further fuels her passion for supporting other families in her community.
