À propos de Morgan
Dans ses motsDr. Morgan is a naturopathic doctor with a passion for helping patients optimize their health, performance, and resilience. She completed a BSc in Kinesiology at Western University, followed by her Doctorate of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During her clinical internship, Dr. Morgan was selected for the Sports Medicine and Pain Management Focus Shift, where she gained advanced experience supporting athletes and individuals recovering from injury or chronic pain.
Her clinical interests include sports performance and nutrition, stress management, fatigue, hormonal health, and chronic disease prevention. Combining her background in kinesiology and naturopathic medicine, Dr. Morgan takes a personalized, evidence-informed approach to help her patients move, feel, and perform their best.
Some of her favourite tools to use in practice include bloodwork, acupuncture, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, supplements, and herbal medicine.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Morgan is also a CrossFit coach, where she enjoys empowering people to build strength, confidence, and community through movement.
