Dr. Morgan Watson is a chiropractor and the founder of The Health League. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honours from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Watson’s practice is highly focused on the treatment and management of migraine and headache conditions. She combines a range of evidence-based tools—including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques like Active Release Techniques (ART), cupping, and fascial work, as well as rehabilitative exercise and Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)—to address the muscular, fascial, and structural drivers that contribute to headache and migraine symptoms. Her sessions also include a comprehensive lifestyle overview, offering guidance on sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and targeted supplementation to support long-term outcomes.
In addition to her work with migraine and headaches, Dr. Watson also treats Eustachian tube dysfunction—a frustrating and often persistent condition—using a combination of manual therapy, Low Level Laser Therapy, and intraoral techniques adapted from the Muncie method to help restore drainage and reduce pressure and discomfort.
While her clinical focus is on migraine and related conditions, Dr. Watson continues to treat the whole body—so whether it’s shoulder pain, low back tension, or a wrist injury, she brings the same detailed and hands-on approach to every area she works on.
As the founder of The Health League, Dr. Watson leads a collaborative and patient-focused clinic offering care for migraine, dizziness, and other complex conditions—as well as support for everyday injuries, aches, and pains.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Watson is a mom to two busy boys and spends her time trail running, exploring the outdoors, and training for mountain adventure races.

Chiropractic Visit for Migraine and HeadacheNew patient
« During your first visit, Dr. Watson uses an evidence-based, bio-mechanical approach to understand the unique factors contributing to your migraines and headaches. A thorough history is taken, and a comprehensive exam is conducted to identify muscle, fascial, nerve, or vascular issues that may be contributing to your condition. If time allows, manual therapy may be initiated during this appointment.
As you continue care, Dr. Watson will work closely with you to identify prodromes, triggers, and other contributing factors, providing guidance to help you feel better. She also creates customized home care routines to help you manage acute episodes effectively.
In follow-up appointments, Dr. Watson will review your progress in depth while providing manual treatment, ensuring each session is as effective as possible. She uses a range of manual therapy techniques, including Active Release Technique (ART), cupping, fascial work, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations. If indicated, she may also recommend manual adjustments. However, manual adjustments are not required, and if you prefer not to have them, please let Dr. Watson know. »

Our chiropractors are experts in soft tissue treatment and use a variety of manual therapy techniques such as: ART Active Release Technique, cupping, fascial work, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations. They will also provide rehabilitative exercises and may suggested manual adjustments if suitable.
Our practitioners are highly skilled in performing manual joint mobilizations/adjustments and will provide them if indicated and the patient wants them. If you do not want to be adjusted please let us know and we an easily provide effective treatment without the use of adjustments. »
