Dans ses motsI earned my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at McMaster University. My passion for exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness in improving health grew through my sports background and volunteer work supporting individuals with neurological impairments.
After graduation, I joined the competitive Integrative Cancer Centre (ICC) residency program, where I gained extensive experience in cancer care, led the clinic’s Nutrition Program, developed educational content, and trained students.
I am a Clinical Supervisor and Instructor at CCNM, focusing on acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and integrative cancer care.
I also work with patients on a variety of other health concerns, including menopause, digestive health, osteoarthritis, diabetes, and mental well-being.
