Dans ses motsDr. Neelam Pannu is a licensed Naturopathic doctor with special interests in Women's health, mental health, and chronic pain. Her primary focus is working with women struggling through difficult periods (PMS, cramping, PCOS etc.), fertility, perimenopause, and menopause. She has worked with many individuals to address a variety of concerns like, fatigue, insomnia, and digestive ailments. Aiming to provide clarity and guidance in a time of information overload in the health sphere, she tailors treatments for individuals to optimize their diet//nutrition and supplement regimens.
Dr. Neelam's training involved instruction from experts in the fields of Naturopathic medicine and Chinese medicine (Acupuncture). This education focused on prevention and management of chronic illness, and thus, Dr. Pannu skillfully works to address the underlying cause of disease and address each person as a whole. Her care is defined by compassion, education, and a personalized approach using reliable and research-based treatment. Dr. Pannu dedicates her time to ensure her patients’ needs are met; ensuring goals are clearly defined, and treatment methods are safe, attainable and clinically effective.
After receiving her Doctorate from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (formerly, Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences) in Tempe, Arizona in 2017, she completed her Master’s of Science in Acupuncture at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture in 2019. She has since returned to Calgary to help empower each individual to obtain lasting health.
