Dans ses motsDr. Negin Vaziri, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, with a Bachelor of Human Health Sciences. In addition to her naturopathic training, Dr. Negin has completed further education in cosmetic acupuncture and facial massage, integrating these techniques into her work with skin health and facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Negin takes a thoughtful, patient-centred approach to care, understanding that your health is influenced by many factors, including stress, lifestyle, environment, and past experiences. She takes the time to listen, understand what you’re going through, and work with you to identify what may be contributing to your symptoms. Her care is evidence-informed and focused on creating realistic, supportive plans that help you feel informed, confident, and supported in your health decisions.
She works with a wide range of health concerns and supports general family wellness. She has particular interests in stress management and mental health, metabolic and digestive health, women’s health, fatigue, and skin conditions. She also enjoys supporting patients through preventive care and optimizing overall well-being.
In her practice, Dr. Negin incorporates a variety of naturopathic therapies, including clinical nutrition and exercise guidance, supplements and herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping, facial acupuncture, lifestyle counselling and functional testing. Whether you are seeking support for a specific health concern or looking to improve your overall health, Dr. Negin is committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you every step of the way.
Outside of her clinical work, Negin stays grounded through yoga, strength training, and playing the violin, which she finds to be a calming, mindful way to reconnect and slow down.
