Dr. Nicole completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She takes an evidence-informed, patient-centered approach to care, integrating hands-on chiropractic treatment with education and lifestyle strategies to support optimal function and long-term health outcomes. Dr. Nicole has a special clinical interest in women’s health and hormonal balance. She is a Certified Functional Hormone Specialist through the International Association for Functional Hormone Health (IAFHH), allowing her to better support patients navigating concerns such as perimenopause, menstrual irregularities, and other hormone-related conditions. She is passionate about helping women feel heard, understood, and supported throughout all phases of life. She also draws on her personal experience from home birthing and raising her four young daughters. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Nicole maintains an active lifestyle and values ongoing professional development. She enjoys strength training, playing in the Amherstburg Ladies Hockey League, gardening, and preparing nutritious meals for her family.
