« This initial assessment is a comprehensive first visit focused on understanding your health history, current concerns, and goals for care. During this appointment, we will review your medical history, discuss any pain, injuries, or mobility issues, and perform a thorough physical examination, which may include posture, movement, and spinal assessment.
Based on the findings, we will provide a working diagnosis and outline a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. If appropriate, your first treatment may be included during this visit.
