I am a mom to 4 young kids and completely understand the demands of daily life and the toll that stress takes on our bodies. I deal with busy schedules, the need to make home cooked, healthy meals (that my kids will actually eat), and my want/need to exercise to be healthy and fit so I can stay active as I age. It is this understanding that drives my passion to help families reach their health goals, whatever they may be.
I have been a practicing chiropractor for almost 20 years, and I am one of the most highly credentialed chiropractors in Vaughan (through the ICPA), providing safe, gentle and effective chiropractic care to my children and many children and their families in the community. I know that stress adversely affects the way our body functions. Chiropractic check ups are essential to help reduce stress and allow our bodies to heal the way nature intended. I would love to work with you and your children to help make the healthiest version of each of you!

This session includes treatment for smaller muscle groups, multiple smaller areas of the body, or one large tendon or muscle group. 4000-8000 shocks will be delivered as treatment. Common areas of treatment include trapezius muscles, biceps, forearms, triceps, rotator cuff, and one side of achilles, low back, quads, hamstrings, or glutes. »Shockwave Treatment - small body part
« This appointment is a follow up treatment for current patients. This session includes one small area to be treated. 2000-4000 shocks will be delivered.
