Community Acupuncture
« This is a group acupuncture session where you will experience the healing and relaxing benefits of acupuncture with a small group of people. Each participant will find a comfortable position in the circle (think savasana) and each participant will receive the same set of acupuncture needles. Once all participants have their needles in place Dr. Galay will take you through a grounding exercise and close with some Reiki on all participants. Derobing is not necessary for these treatments, but it is recommended you wear comfortable clothing. »Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture
« This treatment type is for those looking for focused acupuncture for facial skin enhancement. This is an excellent treatment for those looking for anti-aging support, acne, rosacea or other hyperpigmentation conditions. It is recommended you book a 15 minute consultation to make sure this treatment type is right for you. « Customized meal plans based on your health needs and goals! Includes a 30 minute video call to go over any dietary concerns, allergies/sensitivities, likes/dislikes, restrictions or specific health concerns as well as any other lifestyle requirements. Includes 4 weeks of meals, delivered 2 weeks at a time. It is not a requirement to be a patient of Dr. Galay's to have a custom meal plan done, although it should be noted NO HEALTH ADVICE will be given in these appointments, so you must come with your goals and requirements in hand. »Acupunture AssessmentNew patient
« This appointment type is necessary for anyone interested in acupuncture as part of their health journey, whether they are already a current naturopathic patient or not (**if you have previously had acupuncture with Dr. Galay you do not need to book this appointment type). This one hour assessment includes a full Traditional Chinese Medicine intake. An intro to acupuncture treatment will also be preformed (fewer needles) to familiarize the patient with the needles and flow of energy. Acupuncture treatments are recommended weekly for 6-8 weeks for best results. »Naturopathic AssessmentNew patient
« Required for all new patients. This initial assessment allows us to gather information (history taking, ETAScan, physical exam if necessary) about what is effecting your health. Including current symptom picture, assessing risk factors and health goals. At the end of this appointment you will be provided with a preliminary treatment plan to implement. It will be necessary to book in 3-4 follow up appointments after the initial for deeper assessment and more detailed treatment plans. This appointment type can be upwards of 2 hours in length (so bring a snack ; ) and lets dive in to Amplify Your Life. »Reiki session
« Reiki is a form of energy healing used for many health conditions. It encourages both emotional and physical healings. « This is a virtual appointment to check in with progress after an Initial or other Follow Up type. The virtual format does not allow for an ETAScan check in, or physical assessment, but gives us a chance to check in with how treatment is going, or to go over any new elements that may have come up.
