Looking to get reimbursed by your insurance plan for your new orthotics? Make sure to check in with your insurance plan to see if you're eligible and what is required in order to receive reimbursement.
Some insurance plans might require an assessment with a chiropractor which would be a separate initial visit fee of $120 plus the price of the orthotics. Be advised, we are unable to direct bill for orthotics and we do require a 50% deposit at the time of your fitting. »
