Youth Acupuncture (4-12 years old) with Parent / GuardianFollow-up
« Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) provides a safe and natural approach to supporting youth health and wellness. Using methods such as acupuncture, acupressure, herbal remedies, and dietary guidance, TCM helps restore balance in the body and strengthen overall wellbeing. For children and teens, it can help manage stress and anxiety, improve sleep, boost focus and energy, support healthy growth, and ease discomfort from headaches, sports injuries, or digestive issues.
Because many young people rely on their immune system to stay strong during school and activities, TCM also plays a preventative role, helping to reduce the frequency of colds and other illnesses. Parents can feel reassured that TCM is gentle, non-invasive, and can be used alongside Western medicine. It promotes resilience and balance during important developmental years. »AcupunctureFollow-up
« A follow-up appointment for acupuncture is typically scheduled after your initial session to assess your progress and determine the course of further treatment. During this follow-up, your acupuncturist will inquire about any changes in your symptoms, overall well-being, and response to the initial treatment. Based on this information, adjustments may be made to the acupuncture plan or additional therapies introduced. The frequency and number of follow-up appointments depend on the nature of your condition and your individual response to the treatments. These sessions play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of care and optimizing the effectiveness of acupuncture in addressing your health goals. It's advisable to communicate openly with your acupuncturist during these follow-up appointments to ensure that your treatment plan is tailored to your evolving needs and experiences. »2 optionsYouth Acupuncture Appointment (4-12 years old) with Parent / GuardianNew patient

« Your acupuncturist will initiate the session by posing a series of questions grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis. These inquiries are designed to guide your practitioner in formulating the most effective treatment plan tailored to your needs. Additionally, you'll discuss your health history and treatment goals. Subsequently, your therapist will provide guidance on whether any clothing needs to be adjusted or removed before you lie down on the table for the treatment to commence. The needles employed during the session are sterile, single-use (disposed of afterward), and exceptionally thin, ensuring minimal discomfort upon insertion. Depending on your specific case, supplementary therapies such as cupping and gua-sha may be incorporated into the treatment. »Cosmetic AcupunctureNew patient
