Assessment VisitNew patient
« This visit is meant for you if we've never seen each other before or if it's been a long time since we've worked together (2+ years). In the assessment visit, we will go through a detailed history/physical and I will present my proposed plan. We would use the remainder of our time to begin treatment, however that looks for you. Please note, there are instances where an assessment visit requires extra time and attention and may affect the time we have for treatment in the first visit. »Complimentary Discovery Call
