Dans ses motsFor nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping women understand their bodies, restore balance, and feel deeply supported in their health. At the heart of my work is a steady belief in the body’s ability to heal when we listen closely, address root causes, and honour the whole person – body and mind.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I bring a calm, grounded presence to each appointment and take time to learn what matters most to you – your goals, experiences, and how your symptoms fit into the larger picture of your wellbeing. Treatments are nourishing and restorative, guided by both evidence-based and traditional naturopathic care.

I am passionate about supporting women through the transitions that shape their lives— including fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause. These seasons of life can be complex and having an experienced guide can bring clarity and confidence.
I have advanced training in Menopausal Hormone Therapy and provide evidence-informed support for women in menopause. I am an advocate for women in midlife to optimize metabolic and cardiovascular health, bone strength, and promote long-term vitality and prevention.
