Ultrasound treatments can be used for painful and swollen breast tissue in breastfeeding mothers. With ultrasound treatments the painful symptoms realted to the blocked or clogged milk ducts can often be dramatically improved in a few visits. This service is not diagnostic and we always recommend that women dealing with breastfeeding concerns and/or pain are working with an IBCLC. Referrals for this service from your NP, OB, Midwife, Physician are not required but are recommended to ensure you have been fully assessed and are being monitored. »Postnatal Mastitis Ultrasound - ExtendedFollow-up
