Dans ses motsDr. Victoria Berkers is an evidence-informed licensed Chiropractor raised in the Kawartha Lakes.
Growing up as a competitive dancer sparked her interest in functional human anatomy and
rehabilitation. She pursued this passion by acquiring a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in
Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University. During this time, she was actively involved in
chiropractic research furthering her interest in this field. She was offered early acceptance and
obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Summa Cum Laude Honours (Highest
Distinction) from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. Berkers has furthered her education receiving certifications in Integrated Functional
Acupuncture, Concussion Management/Rehabilitation, Cupping, and Instrument-Assisted Soft
Tissue Therapy. Her treatments consist of diversified adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue
therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, and active rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Berkers likes to stay active with resistance training, yoga, and pilates.
She also focuses on rest and restoration using hydrotherapy, meditative practices, and reading.
