My passion for chiropractic care began with a fascination for the human body and its incredible ability to heal through movement. That curiosity led me to study Kinesiology at McMaster University, where I developed a deeper appreciation for human movement and evidence-based healthcare. I then pursued my Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to help people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
My approach to care is centered around education, rehabilitation, communication, and evidence-informed manual therapy techniques (soft tissue, mobilization’s, adjustments etc.) . I believe movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine, and that lasting results come from understanding your body—not just treating symptoms. Every treatment plan is developed collaboratively, with your goals, lifestyle, and preferences guiding the process. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their recovery.
Outside the clinic, you'll often find me coaching and training at F45 in Hamilton—I believe in practicing what I preach! I also enjoy exploring local restaurants, hiking Hamilton's waterfalls, rollerblading or skiing, relaxing in a hammock, and spending quality time with family and friends.
