I would never tell you to avoid certain foods, just because it might help. I know that struggling to conceive is hard enough. That’s why I believe in providing evidence-based care that is individualized to you and your needs. As a professor, I am passionate about education. I believe in empowering my students and patients with accurate information. When I'm not teaching at the college, I run the integrative wellness team at Hannam Fertility Centre, where I have my private practice. I have been invited to speak to my colleagues on topics related to infertility at the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Institute of Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine. I previously held volunteer role as an advisory council member for Fertility Matters Canada. I was the chair of Canadian Infertility Awareness Week from 2017 -2019.

« If you are considering booking an appointment with us on the Fertility Care Focus Shift but would like more information before you book, please select this option. This no-charge call is 15 minutes with a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) and/or a senior student intern. You can use this time to discuss your expectations and health goals in addition to asking any questions you may have about our integrative approach. No treatment or advice will be given until you book and attend a full appointment so our NDs and senior student interns can take a full health history and make a proper assessment. « This appointment will be conducted via phone or video call. This appointment type should not be booked in place of a follow-up, it is for quick consults and items of clarification with your supervising ND/Intern that take longer than a quick 5 min phone call. For example - dose clarifications, quick check-in on current treatment plan, adverse reaction to treatment plan, re-running blood work etc. Booking a 15-min check-in is at the discretion of your naturopathic care team. »
