My goal is to help you move without pain and speed up your recovery, whether you're an athlete or dealing with everyday stress.
I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release to target the root cause of discomfort, while also offering Swedish Relaxation and Hot Stone Therapy for total body decompression. When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors, likely hiking, jogging, or mountain biking. I’m a firm believer in the power of meditation and bring that sense of mindful presence to every session.
