With over 15 years of professional experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior therapy, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Efa has extensive experience supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and with varied needs.
Efa approaches her practice with empathy and a commitment to evidence-based techniques. She has successfully guided individuals through challenges related to low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the complexities of parenting and caregiver roles, fostering growth and resilience along the way.
