Originally from Montreal, QC, Elaine moved to Kelowna in 2004, drawn by the endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. After experiencing the benefits of massage therapy firsthand, she chose to transition into healthcare, leaving behind a rewarding career in hospitality. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Elaine takes a whole-body approach to treatment, addressing the underlying causes of discomfort to promote lasting relief. Her treatment style blends deep tissue massage with fascial techniques, placing strong emphasis on relaxation, an essential part of the healing process. In 2022, she completed two levels of hot and cold stone therapy in Vancouver, which she integrates whenever it may be beneficial. She is also furthering her expertise through ongoing studies in Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger International Institute. Outside the clinic, Elaine enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, reading, and exploring the natural beauty of British Columbia.
