to the parts of you that were never broken to begin with. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, or just trying to figure out who you are in this world, I am here to support you in slowing down, getting curious, and making space for all the parts of you (even the ones that may be hidden or pushed away). I believe healing happens in relationship, and I feel so lucky to be able to walk alongside others as they find their way back to themselves and the world around them.
