About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience helping people of all ages recover from injury, manage pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She has extensive experience treating orthopedic injuries, concussion and vestibular disorders, sports injuries, and neurological conditions using evidence-based, individualized care. Elizabeth combines hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to help people achieve their goals and maintain long-term health.
Alongside her community practice, Elizabeth also works in a pediatric healthcare setting, where she supports children, adolescents, and their families with specialized rehabilitation needs. This experience has further developed her expertise in persistent pain, functional rehabilitation, and collaborative, family-centred care. She has completed additional training in medical acupuncture, therapeutic taping, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Elizabeth is committed to providing compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-informed care in a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
When she's not in the clinic or providing sideline medical coverage at local sporting events, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, practicing the violin, and volunteering in her church and community. She also loves spending time with friends, their children, and their pets, and values the connections that come from being involved in the community she serves."
