I support teenagers and adults, with a special focus on moms at all stages of motherhood, including pregnancy (prenatal), postpartum, and the many challenges of parenting. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or family challenges, parenting stress, and the emotional and identity changes that can come with becoming and being a parent.
