Dans ses motsHi, I’m Elizabeth! I am a physiotherapist with a passion for supporting individuals and families through all stages of life. I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive space where you feel supported and heard. My practice is person-centred and evidence-based, equipping you with practical tools, education, and encouragement to help you reach your goals.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, during which I spent my time working as a support worker for children with disabilities. I did my Master’s in Physical Therapy at Western University where I developed an interest in pediatric physiotherapy, leading me to fall in love with supporting families and their little ones with milestones and motor skills. Naturally, I then became interested in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health, and pursued further coursework and mentorship in this area. I have particular interest in treating female athletes, dancers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and hypermobility.
Outside the clinic I enjoy attending and teaching dance classes locally, crocheting new projects, and exploring the cozy coffee shops in town.

« Now being offered as a private in person session, this is a practical 'how to' information session about the pushing phase of labour. This is ideal for first, second or sixth time parents!
You will learn: multiple labour and birth positions, how to 'listen to your body' - cues and ways to make this stage of labour more effective, (and hopefully shorter!) and you will have the opportunity to 'practice' pushing so you can feel the difference between effective and ineffective pushing.
One birth partner is welcome to attend to learn how to support you during this stage of labour.
