Ella is a second-year student massage therapist in the 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma program at Mount Royal University in Calgary. She uses an evidence-informed, client-centered approach, incorporating deep fascial release, stretching, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic techniques that support whole-body relaxation and wellness.
Ella works with a diverse range of clients, including those with injuries, athletes, pre- and post-natal clients, and individuals living with chronic conditions. As a student therapist, she does not offer direct billing but provides accessible care in a compassionate, inclusive environment. Outside the clinic, she enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, and running in the mountains, which fuels her passion for health and wellbeing.
