Elli is an experienced physiotherapist and health coach, with particular expertise in supporting patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. She holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Physiotherapy Program at the University of Toronto.
Elli is the Founder of C.E.S. Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre and Co-Founder of Rehab Plus Pilates Studio, both located in Richmond Hill.
Elli is passionate about serving her community, helping individuals return to the activities they enjoy, and empowering them throughout their recovery journey. Her therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of techniques, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, acupuncture, and electrotherapy. She strongly believes in the power of movement-based therapy to promote healing and long-term wellness.
As a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and Clinical Pilates specialist, Elli integrates strength training, Pilates equipment, and progressive loading into her treatments. This approach supports injury prevention, rehabilitation, postural alignment, and overall physical well-being.
Elli is also trained in pelvic floor physiotherapy, offering specialized care in pelvic health, prenatal, and postpartum rehabilitation. She is deeply committed to supporting women through every stage of life with compassion and clinical expertise.
With a strong interest in orthopedic surgery rehabilitation, Elli has developed prehabilitation programs for hip and knee replacements, as well as shoulder surgeries, during her time at Rouge Valley Hospital.
Outside of her professional life, Elli enjoys spending time with her daughter, shopping, and staying active through Pilates, Pickleball, and Tennis.
