Dans ses motsElysia was born and raised in Peterborough, ON. She graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2015. Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Elysia has worked in a variety of multi-disciplinary settings. She has great interest in treating many different conditions and impairments ranging from chronic pain, various repetitive strain injuries from work or overuse, postural dysfunction, TMJ dysfunction as well as stress relief. She has extensive experience treating individuals of all ages and injury. Elysia uses a variety of techniques based on each individual’s needs and encourages both mobility and movement in her treatment. In her free time, she enjoys participating in various types of exercise including yoga and circuit training. She appreciates spending time with her family and being outdoors when not at work. Elysia has a passion for health and fitness, and even runs a boxing and fitness gym with her husband. She is thrilled to be a part of our qualified professional team and provide the people of Peterborough with the care they need and deserve.
